Digital transformation at Energetica Natura
We devised and developed a B2B2C portal for Energetica Natura. Via this platform, professionals advise their customers about supplements that can then be purchased directly via the webshop.

We tested our wireframes with the target audience, the professionals. This ensures an optimal match between the portal's functionalities and the user's expectations.
The website was originally developed by another partner. The first step in the takeover process was a thorough technical audit. The result: a better basis to build on in a sustainable way.
After processing the action points from the audit, we could really get started. Based on the wireframes and extensive scope description, everything was developed within the existing architecture.
Energetica Natura is a specialist in quality food supplements and is active in 5 countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. The webshop is already fully dedicated to B2C, but they thought the time was ripe to invest in a B2B2C platform.
Health professionals like therapists, dieticians, and fitness coaches guide their customers in selecting the right food supplements. Energetica Natura wants to offer these professionals and their end consumers a better experience with a customised customer portal.
