Our selection process
The selection process is straightforward and transparent, as always at The Digitals. We invite you for an interview with one of our coordinators. During this interview we'll answer your questions and go through a number of criteria. If you're a junior with a specific technical mission, you might be asked to take a fun technical test.
During a second follow-up interview, you talk to a number of your future team members to make things more concrete.
We want to create clarity for you quickly, so we run through this process in about two weeks.
