What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for our clients and the internal teams. You will:
- Inspire and convince C-level and middle management with digital solutions for their strategic challenges.
- Build sustainable relationships with clients and translate their challenges into concrete digital projects.
- Collaborate with our project managers, developers, designers, marketers, strategists, technical leads, and service level managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Develop business cases and short- and medium-term plans together with your clients.
- Ensure a proactive, smooth collaboration with our internal partners, suppliers, and clients - both within and outside the Cronos Group.
What do you bring to the table?
You are a natural connector, with a nose for opportunities. In addition, you have:
- An affinity with one or more of these domains: digital marketing, digital strategy, solution selling, UX/UI design, research projects, or web technology (Drupal, Craft CMS, Laravel, Symfony, React, Odoo, …).
- Strong analytical skills and strategic insight.
- Experience in commercially developing or guiding clients in digital transformation projects. Ideally as an account manager or business developer, but you may also have gained relevant experience in another role (e.g. as a project manager or digital strategist).
- A healthy dose of commercial flair and persuasiveness.
- A heart for collaboration and a mind that always thinks ahead.
