A Digital Experience Platform for OLVZ
With a new digital strategy, we put the end-user at the centre. Strategic research resulted in an extremely user-friendly website platform.
We examined the situation of the target groups, own goals and competition.
The determined top tasks were placed in a new navigation model.

A broad target audience
With 959 beds and more than 90,000 admissions per year, OLV Hospital is one of the largest non-university hospitals in Flanders. It goes without saying that such an organisation addresses its patients with clear language and simple communication. In order to achieve this, a new digital strategy was needed.
We performed research to analyse the situation of OLVZ:

IA & UX
With these facts, we proposed a new information model that incorporates OLVZ's top tasks. The UX prototype was developed and tested for all devices.
We developed the platform in Drupal, an Open Source CMS enriched with all kinds of rich editorial and marketing functionalities.
The OLVZ project was carried out by the Digitals team, composed of people from UXMen and Calibrate. This way, we combine in-depth expertise with an integrated client team. Curious how we do it?
