Service level manager (junior, medior, senior)
As an SLA manager, or “SLM” for short, you will join a team of SLMs at The Digitals group. You will be the first point of contact for a fixed set of customers with a maintenance contract (SLA).
Your main objective as an SLM is to take as much of the burden off the customer as possible in the daily use of their digital solution. We make their challenge our challenge and tackle it together with our experts.
As an SLM, you will help build a lasting partnership with our customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for the support team internally, together with your SLM colleagues. This involves people management on the one hand and managing schedules and having the right person in the right place on the other.

- You have strong communication skills and enjoy personal contact with our customers.
- You are able to translate their wishes, frustrations, and future plans into concrete actions for your colleagues.
- You enjoy variety and have no problem keeping track of multiple customers.
- You strive for continuous improvement in the support team's working methods, processes, and procedures.
- You are not afraid of administrative work; you will be responsible for budgets and monthly invoicing to your regular set of customers.
- You can translate our customers' challenges into the language of our experts.
- You are a true team player. You are good with people and can manage your colleagues, providing positive guidance where necessary.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
